Keypad of Schlage Keypad Deadbolt
Schlage Keypad Deadbolt has a very simple and clean design. This keypad is not completely key free so you can still continue to use your key in case of emergency or battery drain. Buttons are covered with silicone to prevent numbers from getting deleted by the time passes.
When you press the Schlage logo on the top, it will turn on the lights so you can use it at the dark. After entering the code you have to manually turn the thumb to unlock the door. This means it can’t lock or unlock automatically. Pressing the Schlage logo is also used to lock the door. In order to lock your door just press the Schlage logo and rotate the thumb. Schlage Keypad Deadbolt is not ideal for usage under cold temperatures. It has good performance under rainy,sunny and windy air conditions. If it gets too much sunlight, color of the buttons will begin to turn to yellow. It has metal and solid structure suitable for long life.
Motor inside the Schlage Keypad Deadbolt is only engaged with thumb. If you have a door that you have to jiggle to get lined up every time when you want to open your door then you can use this lock on that door too.
